If you are not satisfied with your Earth Kandee product for any reason at all, please contact us via direct message on instagram @earthkandee or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week (7 days) of the delivery date and we will do one of the following:
1. Replace your item(s) on the house, depending circumstances
2. Provide a full or partial credit for item(s)
3. Refund of the price for item(s)
Earth Kandee could potentially arrange a return and/or ask for photographic documentation of the product in which you are dissatisfied before any refund or credit takes place.
